Phil Vowden v Barry Mears
What a fantastic moment captured! The image shows Phil Vowden receiving a trophy from Andy Crawford after a well-fought Men’s Handicap 4 Woods Final. Both players are dressed in matching club attire, standing proudly on the green in front of the clubhouse. The match was clearly a nail-biter, with the lead swinging back and forth before Phil secured a deserved 21–16 victory.

A huge congratulations to both players for a competitive and sportsmanlike final. The camaraderie and skill on display are what make lawn bowls such a cherished sport.
